Brandoni Solutions for the Marine and Offshore Sector
Brandoni Valves offers a complete range of valves designed for marine, offshore, and seawater applications, where corrosion resistance, strength, and reliability are essential requirements.
Each product is engineered to deliver long-lasting performance even under the most demanding conditions.
Shut-off Valves
Our range includes ball valves and butterfly valves, manufactured from high-quality materials such as bronze, aluminium bronze, stainless steel, and ductile iron.
The ball valves are available in the following series:
B2.3 (bronze) and B2.7 (aluminium bronze), compliant with EN558/1–14 and ANSI B16.10#150 standards, available in full bore and reduced bore designs, with PN 6/10/16/ANSI 150 flanges and, on request, JIS drilling, in sizes DN 15–250.
The stainless steel ball valves are available in flanged, wafer, and threaded two- and three-way versions, offering maximum installation flexibility.
The J9 and L9 butterfly valve series are available in wafer and Lug types, with EN 558/1–20 face-to-face dimensions and PN 6/10/16/ANSI 150 drilling (JIS on request), covering sizes DN 40–400.
Check Valves and Rubber Joints
For non-return applications, Brandoni offers the double-door wafer check valve, featuring a ductile iron body and aluminium bronze discs, ensuring compactness and reliable backflow prevention.
The range is completed by rubber expansion joints, with flanges and aluminium bronze fittings, ideal for absorbing vibrations and compensating for thermal expansion.
Quality and Certifications
All Brandoni valves are designed in compliance with the main international safety and environmental standards. The construction materials (castings) are approved according to Lloyd’s Register 3.2 certification. Upon request, the finished product can be tested under the supervision of major certification bodies such as RINA, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, DNV and others.
Reliability, quality, and innovation — Brandoni valves are the ideal choice for the marine and offshore industry.
