How to install the semi-flanges on the Ekoflux S DN50

STEP. 1

• Using upper holes, mount add-on flanges on counter flanges.

• Screw the nuts on the screws ends.

• Do not tighten the nuts, in order to let the semi-flange free to move. Use 60 mm minimum long screw.

STEP. 2

• Insert the valve body between the add-on flanges, from the bottom side and moving it upwards till it is aligned with the pipe axis.

• In case ease the insertion moving add-on flanges outwards.

STEP. 3

• Put the scerw into the lower holes and screw the nuts on the screws ends.

• Do not tighten the nuts, in order to let the add-on flanges free to move.

STEP. 4

• Important: do not tighten the nuts in a single operation.

• Fasten the nuts gradually and following a crisscross pattern (e.g. according to the ABCD pattern in the picture).
